John Prowse, Chief Executive Officer
John has had a highly successful background in building support services businesses in both the UK and Europe. From 2000-2007 he was Managing Director Europe of Iron Mountain's European operations within records and information management, before moving on to become Managing Director of Connaught plc’s compliance businesses from 2007 to 2009.
Richard Hodgson, Finance Director
Richard qualified as a chartered accountant whilst working for the financial services group of Deloittes in London. He then spent several years in the music industry working as a finance director for Universal Music International and Warner Music International. This was followed by seven years as in the business services industries as European Finance Director for Iron Mountain Europe, Chief Financial Officer for Triplearc plc, an AIM listed print management company and most recently as Chief Financial Officer for Reconomy, a private equity backed waste management company.
John Charlton, Chief Operating Officer
During a 28 year career with Barclays plc, John fulfilled a variety of roles from risk management to internal audit but was predominantly involved with larger corporate banking clients. More recently John was responsible for listed business services clients and professional practices in the south west of England. Since leaving Barclays Plc in January 2007, John has been involved in corporate finance and consultancy projects. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Bob Holt, Chairman
Bob is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mears Group Plc. He has a background in developing support services businesses. He has operated in the service sector since 1981 initially in a financial capacity then moving into general management. Bob is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
Reg Pomphrett, Director and Company Secretary
Reg has over 30 years' experience gained in corporate finance and is a Director of a number of companies. Reg is a Chartered Secretary and member of the Securities Institute. Reg is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
