As can be seen in the news section, in line with the Company’s strategy of building a business focussed on its selected compliance markets (Water, Fire, Pest and Energy), the Company has secured its first acquisition within the pest control and pest prevention arena. Combined with our existing presence in water treatment and hygiene, fire protection and energy services, this important pest business acquisition further establishes Green Compliance as a serious national player within the compliance services marketplace.

This is the 8th business to be acquired since February 2010, enabling Green Compliance to offer national coverage in the areas of pest control and pest prevention, water treatment and water hygiene, fire protection, fire extinguisher recycling and energy services. This makes Green Compliance one of the leading compliance service providers in the UK.
